Shepherd Educational Consulting provides prescriptive instructional coaching for schools and dioceses interested in improving student engagement in the classroom. The program consists in working with schools to identify teacher instructional needs in the classroom and how that translates to student achievement. Shepherd Educational Consulting will work with schools and teachers to create research based learning plans that can lead to greater student engagement and participation in the classroom. The outcome is for the teacher to recognize his/her instructional tendencies in the classroom and how those decisions affect student engagement and ultimately achievement.
